Creating a greeting card involves all kinds of details that are edited and scrutinized and many different variations before the final version is sent to the printers. So I thought I’d let everyone in on the process I go through for making a card all the way from the concept to the final product.
Alexandra, a small 16 month old in her dad’s words, looked adorable in her black and white poofy party dress with a crimson sash accent and a matching hair band which stayed in place most of the time.
I wanted to get their initial reaction to the jolly old fellow. I knew it would be slightly different for both girls. KC, older, would be excited. Chloe, at one and a half, would be scared. I think this shot sums it up, as KC can’t contain her excitement, while Chloe can’t contain her fear.
Taylor and Tessa are quite possibly two of the cutest sisters I have ever seen. Taylor came dressed in a beautiful burgundy dress with white polka dots and was a natural in front of the camera. But her younger sister, Tessa, was a tad more trepidatious when it came to being photographed.
