My dog, a golden retriever, loves retrieving. You’d think that retrieving would be natural for this breed. But my first golden wouldn’t retrieve unless the item being retrieved was well hidden. Not this guy. He loves retrieving. In fact, I’ve had some shoulder problems from throwing the ball too much. And he also loves to catch the ball mid flight.

So when at the beach, we decided to get some shots of him lunging through the air for his most prized possession, his ball. Photo credit goes to my brother, Norman, as I was manning the ball throwing.
